At RoZaNa Botanicals, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer handling are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at nanmenon03@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
