At RoZaNa Botanicals, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer handling are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at nanmenon03@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
- Ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
